Our commitment
PSI Seating wants as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA where reasonably practicable and to make reasonable adjustments when someone encounters a barrier.
What you should be able to do
The website is designed to support keyboard navigation, clear heading structure, visible focus states, readable contrast, responsive enlargement and form labels. Product galleries include labelled controls, and core information is available without requiring a purchase or account.
Known limitations
Some older product images may have limited alternative text. Certain third-party PDFs, ZIP image packs, CAD files and embedded YouTube content may not fully meet every accessibility requirement. Captions and controls within YouTube videos are provided by YouTube and the video publisher.
We are reviewing catalogue resources as the website develops and will prioritise issues that prevent access to important product or contact information.
Alternative formats and assistance
If you need a product specification, instruction, image or other website content in a different format, or need help completing an enquiry, contact us. We will consider the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Please tell us the page or resource involved, what went wrong and, if you are comfortable doing so, the browser or assistive technology you were using. This helps us investigate and provide an accessible alternative.

This statement is based on an internal review of the bespoke PSI theme and its core templates. It is not a claim that every legacy document or third-party component fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA. We will update this statement when material accessibility changes are made or a wider audit is completed.
